Trikes take spotlight
Part of Brighton’s Madeira Drive will be reserved exclusively for trikes during next autumn’s Brightona festival. The move follows the enormous number of the thee-wheelers that turned up at the record-busting 2007 event. The 2008 show on 12 October, will again feature live bands, a custom competition and trade stands.

Tesco insurance shopper
Supermarket giant Tesco has added motorcycle insurance to the range of price comparisons provided on its website. Tesco's Motor Insurance Finder automatically quotes comprehensive, third party fire and theft, and third party only rates.

Norway top for safety
The safest countries in Europe to be a motorcyclist are Norway, Denmark and Finland, according to an EU report. The most dangerous is Slovenia, which tops the accident blackspot list, just ahead of Hungary and the Czech Republic. Britain is said to be eighth on the danger list. The report comes to the conclusion that speed cameras reduce accidents.

We need YOU to help us tune YOUR MCM

Motor Cycle Monthly Newspaper - Focus Image

We want to know what you like - and dislike! – about MCM to make us even better. We are two years old and you could win some great prizes in return for taking some time to tell us where to go from here.

We want to make Motor Cycle Monthly as good as it can be for today’s motorcyclist, and that’s where you come in.

We want to write about the things that interest you, the things you care about, the things that get you all fired up, the news stories, the features, previews and reviews.

We need your opinions and views about MCM. What are the best bits and the worst bits? What would you like to see in the paper and what would you like us to drop? Be honest, now.  We value what you think and want your views, opinions and suggestions.

We will use the info and guidance you give to develop the title and ensure we are travelling in the direction you want us to take. Think of yourselves as our Sat Nav.

To capture your opinions we’ve created a short survey which can be found on our link below.
