GOLDWING OWNERS’ CLUB OF GB 26TH TREFFEN

A rally-goer summed it up when she said: "The Goldwing is not just a motorcycle - it’s a way of life."
She was speaking at the GoldWing Owners’ Club of Great Britain 26 annual Treffen - that’s wing talk for rally.
The event was staged at Wincanton in Somerset and attracted 600 or more bikes from Britain and 12 other nations. With such strong overseas support it may come as a surprise to learn that the further travelled woman rider was Lesley Snell who lives just over 100 miles away from the rally site in Surrey. The award was her’s because of a little detour she made, actually arriving at the event from Russia. Full report this month’s MCM.
